“Real Housewives of Miami” star Guerdy Abraira’s shaved head is “here to stay” after beating breast cancer.

“I’m going to give Page Six the exclusive. We are keeping the hair!” she told Page Six Style on Sunday during DIRECTV’s Streaming with the Stars Oscars-viewing party at Spago Beverly Hills.

“It’s official!” she further ensued, adding that her husband, Russell Abraira, is “obsessed” with her crisp cut.

She cheekily divulged that her smooth scalp is “now part of [her] foreplay” with the hunky fire captain.

“So the hair stays,” she joyfully asserted. “It’s here to stay.”

During the “RHOM” Season 6 finale, which aired Feb. 21, Guerdy enlisted Russell to help her shave her hair off in anticipation of a major side effect of chemotherapy.

“I’ve had no control throughout this entire cancer journey and with chemo, hair loss is one of the main side effects,” the esteemed event planner explained in a confessional.

“If that’s the only thing I can control, I will, because that hair is gonna fall off on my terms.”

Though it was an emotional moment for Guerdy, the Bravolebrity feels more beautiful — and powerful — than ever with a shaved head.

“It’s so empowering,” she said before joking, “And honestly, I’ve saved, like, over $50,000 just not having the wigs and the waves and the this and the that.”

Emphasizing that she plans to maintain the look “100 [percent],” Guerdy mentioned that having less hair is more conducive to Miami’s blazing heat and overwhelming humidity.

“Summertime is coming, too, by the way,” she quipped. “So you know it’s hot as monkey’s balls in Miami.”

As previously noted, Guerdy’s spouse loves her sleek new hairstyle — but they haven’t been able to take advantage of his infatuation in the bedroom as of late.

The Bravolebrity, who is currently in remission, underwent a hysterectomy earlier this month as a measure to prevent her cancer from coming back.

“Miss Thing had a hysterectomy, so Russell’s going to be patient,” she said of the medical procedure, explaining that intercourse is out of the question for the next eight weeks. “We’re working out different clever, creative ways of having it.”

Until then, Guerdy is basking in the glow of her new role as an advocate for breast cancer awareness.

She raved that more than 400 viewers have reached out to tell her that they were able to detect their own breast cancer early, inspired by watching her health revelations play out on “RHOM.”

“These are people who have watched the show never went to a mammogram before. A lot of people are scared to to get one, went to get one, received a [diagnosis] and now are being proactive in treating it. So that’s like saving actual lives,” she previously told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“And that’s why I regret nothing that I did for the show … [It] was as if God said, ‘You are going to share this to save lives.’”

Guerdy was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in March 2023. That November, she victoriously told fans at BravoCon 2023 that she was cancer-free.

“The Real Housewives of Miami” is available to stream on Peacock.
